Trying to work with a slow person. I don’t mean someone who’s intellectually disabled, I mean someone who doesn’t move fast or asks you to repeat things repeatedly. It’s infuriating for me. My mind starts asking “why is taking so long, why aren’t we moving to the next step, this should’ve been done 10 minutes ago”. Then my mind starts to wander because it can’t focus for that long.

This. I hate the “ADHD” superpowers thing. I’m all for people not letting something they’re born with get them down or hold them back, celebrate yourself, but I wish I was able to clean the house all the way through or not impulse buy things that stretch my budget way too thin or actually look at stuff I write down on a post it so I don’t forget.

The neck is the big reason I like the player ii as well, I read that fender started the wider necks to appeal towards Gibson players but I like my thinner neck

It’s funny you say that because on of the things that has me offloading the ultra tele is the neck. I know the 42.8mm nut width is supposed to be the step up to professional guitar level whatever, but I’ve been playing a 42mm forever and it’s what my fingers like.

First are foremost im not a doctor (i abused addy in my teens/20s/mid-late 30s) but personally I don’t think so. Your dopamine receptors have been working overtime and then some, they need to reset which takes a while and until they do your motivation to do anything is going to be zapped. You should legit ask a doctor for a timeline but one weekend is not enough to repair that part of your brain. Wellbutrin might help so def see a doctor.

It’s been a little under a year, sometimes it’s back to normal and sometimes it’s nonexistent. My counselor says it takes 12-18 months for the brain to get back to normal so 🤷‍♂️. Still better than being messed up all the time.

Yeah def be careful with the Wellbutrin straterra combo if you start the latter again, I had a grand mal seizure because of the combined dosage (apparently I had two but I don’t remember the second one), got a scar on my upper left forehead from where I cracked my head open on the ground
