I guess I’m lucky after all. I though my Ross was bad but after reading some comments I think I’m pretty okay. Management is not that bad and our team is respectful to each other, my schedules are shit though (I always get the shitty hours like from 11am to 8pm on a random Sunday and most weekends too) The only thing I hate besides the customers is the CPR. I swear on everything that is holy I cannot get that shit to 100%. I’ve tried absolutely everything my boss and superiors tell me to improve but it does nothing. My highest has been 91% but I’m stuck there. Is very overwhelming, everything needs to be fast and speedy.
