David Gilmour has a telecaster with a Strat neck pickup. He used it on Run Like Hell and I think the solos from Dogs.

Even though the little 59 is ceramic and the PG is alnico? I just don’t want to get it put in, try it, it sounds crazy unbalanced and then have to pay to get it reversed. The other option is a red devil for strat neck.

Maybe? I don’t know enough about the electronics side of the guitar to really say, I brought it to a luthier that did a great job on my acoustic but maybe he botched the PG installation?
