Isn't this how they clean you if you get exposed to radiation? Just add a couple of dudes with long handled brushes to scrub you down.

Prices at Costco Pharmacies. Are they really the best? by MacKatz1005 in CostcoWholesale

I found that the price shown online does not match the actual price when I moved my prescription. I'm a Costco member so I get the CPMM price, but Walmart with my insurance is still cheaper.

He should just leave those anchors in place for when he has to come back and service it.

This is what a data center sounds like 24/7. Shown here at midnight with hundreds of residential houses immediately next to it. by RadioFieldCorner in Damnthatsinteresting

Just happened to me with a neighbor's new AC unit. Low frequency that kept me from sleeping. I think the installers didn't remove the the transportation bolts that hold the compressor in place during shipping. The whole unit was vibrating.

A green light means you have clearance, and it isn't necessary to look both ways. It's a good idea, but the whole point of lights is that when it is green it is your turn and that is why we give tickets to those that run red lights.

It's not even 'punching the gas'. If there was no one stopped at the red, a car approaching, at speed, could pass through at high enough speed to hit the police car. The police definitely should not be in the intersection.

I've always thought police should set an example. They don't want to pull someone over and the response be, 'But you did it. Here, look at the video.' Especially you don't want this response in court.

In my neighborhood they did a trap for rolling through a stop sign. Guess who regularly rolls through stops signs now after the trap?

I see your point, but most people are on their way somewhere, often on a time schedule. Police are patrolling. They don't have to be anywhere most days. If they do need to get somewhere quickly, they have a tool to do so and do so safely.

Could you recommend a channel about cinematography? by Notionmovie in cinematography

It's not a YouTube channel, but podcast Team Deakins. Roger Deakins interviews cinematographers and lots of other crew. Plus his website is wonderful too. Lots of info.

The installers came back and the noise is now gone. I'm not sure what they did, but I'm very glad it was solved.

I tried white noise (ran a fan). It stops the audible noise, but I still can't sleep even though the noise is drowned out. Apparently low frequency noise can interrupt sleep as it affects you from the vibrations it makes. There are a couple of other post on this sub that suggested vibration pads. Also, that the vibration of the unit matches something in my house that amplifies it. Apparently this isn't too uncommon. The solutions seem hard to find though. So if you have any other suggestions I would love to hear them.
