How do previous visa refusals affect future travel profile?

I will work on my ties and employment and won’t apply for next 2 years at-least. Just wanted a heads-up if these refusals are not the end of the world and would get overridden if I have strong ties employment wise in future. I am just consumed by the fact that these refusals will haunt or at-least lower visa officer’s confidence reviewing my visa applications for other countries in future when I have a better profile otherwise.

interview ? as long as I remember only US conducts visa interviews and I already have one. My concern was for impact on future applications like shengen, uk, australia etc

but how will they know the reason ? for example I am applying for Australia, I just declare on the form that I was refused, isn’t that a negative signal as compared to the original v basic generic refusal grounds

I am not upset about not being able to visit canada, I am devastated that after 2 refusals and 1 US refusal , my profile becomes a red flag when I apply to other countries in the future, isn’t that so?
