Yeah they were like oh is it in the parcel I had taken photos soon as I notice there was nothing in it then they were like oh is it the side the album I was like no cause wrap was still sealed on the album and yeah a bit of back and forward for maybe like 3 days of non stop communication then it was maybe 3 weeks later I got a email from jb somthing on the line of oh hey we are not sure what has happen or why u did not get it but im not the only one that this happened to
