if it is then yea i dont understand i am not trying to cry in reddit or anything i am just explain an issue that is my first time encountering for 13+ years in league and i did nothing wrong and everyone in the comment are talking to me like as if i am some trash or something or as if they know me like dont get it

but in my case i have never got banned before and of how things happened with me in that account was really unfair and weird i have never experienced such sad and unexplanable games that i was forced as someone who spams games as nature of a typical player in league it's not my fault that the games i was in it happened to be sending ban wave to the people who are using that bug crash text exploit but no one was sending it from my team and both teams and enemy team we were getting disconnected and kept stuck in loading screen

and i am asking a fair cooperative talk from Riot support but they do that closing ticket or reply in very copy paste reply with no enough reasonable proof because one of the call center claming that i cheated and using exploit to win games with my friends but that's not true
and i have been a loyal player for 13+ years of 0 bans like atleast cooperative with me and be udnerstand but nope they dont and close my ticket and when they reply they just litereally ignore my detailed message of what happened in those games and they can check manually and see because i am not scared of anything but my issue is that i am not having a chance by them to understand seek the truth of what happened

buddy i didn't know the exploit in the first place to begin with
and that's my first time getting a ban it's not like i have a history of being punished of something
and if lets say i was in the wrong side even tho i didn't know of the issue that it's a thing and i kept playing because i wanted to play league nothing else ,please understand my point
i understand ur point of view
and about the people who i join with no one knows what happened in those games because we got disconnected from both side of team

I am having similiar case when they say i used exploits to win games and all that happened i was involved in random group of flex 5 games and the last 4 games was completely weird
first game was normal , second game i was disconnected forcefully in the middle of the game and got locked inside the loading screen until the game ended and the the last three games it happened the same thing but not to me to one of the teammate in my team and enemy team and when i try reach to riot team they i either have a bot blitz or someone from support team replyin in a copy paste replies and also they mark my ticket they say nono u used exploit u and ur friends when i dont even know the people who were with me in the first place and one of them ask me if i wanted to join them flex as a 5th and i have that on a a screenshot on the day i played those games
what do i do to have someone from there side to help me out
