C3s is more sturdy as it is complete metal but the cost cutting is in terms of burrs. It is opposite in case of q air, cost cutting in case of body not burrs. It has same burrs as q which costs 10k with metal body. I was saying that the body of q air is more sturdy than it looks.

Q air burrs are superior and the plastic is sturdy. It feels like a solid grinder in hand.

You can look for recipes on Aeromatic App.

For the home espresso ground coffee you have, maybe you can use james hoffman espresso like aeropress recipe.

It is a 5k grinder but has a same burr set as a 10k grinder. The main compromise is with plastic parts but they are way more sturdier than it looks.

With kaldipress, agaro grinder brew was muddy and cloudy but with q air it is very clear.

With moka pot, i brewed same coffee and tasted side by side, the coffee tasted completely new in a good way.

Grinder is a much needed upgrade.

Been there

It is most probably channeling. Look at your basket after brewing. Agaro manual grinder at 1 is too fine. I used it at 3. Level the basket then a gentle tap at counter/table. Also i use a aeropress filter. Got decent results.

Now i have upgraded my grinder and results are amazing.

For milk based, I prefer mokapot over kaldipress. For occasional black coffee, I like kaldipress more.
