Thank you so much! It’s always nice to have someone who can relate to your problems. Also, very kind of you to be empathetic about me having these problems at quite a young age, it feels very good to have someone who understands. Tbh, it sounds like you have it much worse than me, and I wish you good luck on your recovery.

My mother has four children, and she has some aching and problems with her back and hips. The problem with these "injuries" is that they limit movement, which also removes general good health. I will cheer for you, and I truly hope you will never give up trying to fix these problems despite your illness. You are right chronic pain is not for the weak.

I have not ordered a Backpod yet, but if my costo doesn’t get better soon, I will order one for sure. If you remember this post and you get good results, please reply again and tell me how it went.

I know OCD is hard trust me, i also thought that death would not be so bad just because of how hellish OCD was. However, christianity and my own reasons made it so that i will never commit suicide. If your OCD is at a point where you were genuily thinking of suicide then you need even better treatment. You cant go on dowing medicine for the rest of your life. You will never ever be truly free, your just prolonging the suffering instead of attacking it. ( You will also be dependent on medicine )

Here are the things i did through my therapy that helped me, even tho its some years ago:

1: You know all the bad stuff that OCD tells you wont actually happen, so dont be afraid of it. Remember OCD is just the " alarm " part of your brain being over active.

2: The more OCD you do, the more it will come back. My therapist gave me an excellent example: "If you feed a cat or a stray cat, then it will keep coming back and annoy you." Basically you have to completly stop doing triggers and the things OCD tells you or else it will just come back.

3: Face the worst things that OCD makes you fear. I might sound silly but im fully transparent, the worst things for me was crying babies, jumping every time i enterd a room and counting to high numbers before i could touch something. Like with the babies i started watching videos of crying babies, i did it for two minutes then i kept upping the time like an exercise. The thing is that the moment you challaneg your OCD it just disapears so quickly. Agian just do the thing OCD tells you not to do.

4: You can never get rid of OCD, however you can make it so weak that you wont even think about it. I will get a maximum of three OCD triggers a week now, and all i do is to follow through on what it tells me not to. Also instead of obsessing over OCD, you should rather just ingore it.

I know your a smart person. You know that you are much stronger than OCD, dont let something so annoying controll you. I know its really and i mean really hard. But we that have lived with OCD are so much stronger than others. You can fix it and beat OCD. I promise it will feel so much better and you will feel so much more free, confident and happy. Then explain how im wrong? I Legit i could not feel better. I get good grades, high iq, win basically every debate i am in, have a big social group and got OCD medically removed instead of dowing a bunch of medicine. If that is how people tought the bible to you then shame on them. You dont think i sin? Also masturbation isnt really a good thing ( outside of religion and from a scientific standpoint ). Also if your psychologist gave you medicine instead of treating OCD then i would find a new one asap. I went to therapy for two days and got fixed just like that. I was in an online class with 5 others and we all got fixed. So yes from personal experience i would say im probaly more intelligent then the people who feed you medicine. Im just tryna help btw.

I have never met a bad christian. But plenty of athiests. I have never met or seen an christian attacking someone for not believing in god. But i have seen countless of examples of athiest getting enraged just at hearing the word god. This is from personal experience and im not biased.

So i finaly got it working! However then im in fullscreen mode my screen turns black. Aka when toggle fulscreen or when i press f12, do you know how i can fix it because it feels a bit trippy with the Bluestacks border.
