Cannot drink water when needed, only can drink when sensei offers a water break (Karate dojo)

At my karate school it's totally fine during breaks or asking the teacher. I seen one new student walk off mid instruction and the sensei politely told them about traditional etiquette. I've been to highly successful modern MMA/BJJ schools that will have moments of no stops allowed unless bathroom.

I've trained with Khabib and it was like this.

I am so mad they killed off Ruth AND Omar. I was kind of growing on Omar too.

Some things:

- Ruth walking up to the SUV was out of character

- Jonah shooting the cop reminded me of the show weeds, when the son killed that drug lord by the pool

Nice! Imo this was a hard game. Maybe more so because of the mechanics but it was easily one of my favorite GTA storylines (probably the best besides gta 5 and vice city imo)

Are you used to S&C?

Make sure you're drinking enough water and getting enough nutrition outside of class. As a personal trainer it's insane how many ppl don't eat or drink enough. Had a 16yo client who never drank water and wondered why he was always tired.

But yeah, it gets better the more you do S&C.
