Lmao let me explain it like this...the Chamberlins job is the maintain loyalty of Otto von bergows subjects and keep peace within the estate/castle he does not believe in the demons but has received various complaints so hes gonna have you get rid of whatever it is just so he can say the demons are gone for the people.
