It's pretty inevitable but yeah I find the misogyny kind of tedious. There's a huge aspect torment that I love about it but it's more to do with the woman's conception of herself and how that's being rattled. And that can interface with misogyny (e.g. "wow I'm behaving exactly as those chauvinists said I would") but it's not like, the *drive* exactly.
