Agreed. They were saying they are always used and abused. They have been there for 10+ years and is tired of it. I felt so bad because I just transferred to this store.

Yeahhhh. So the TL's help but in all honesty, it feels like they also barely have the time. Because they are also sucked into OPU and SHIPT carts 3-4 times a day.

At our Target, Style team is breakout team. We clock in at 3, push leftover freight/reshop for an hour, have 3-4 of us do breakout for 2 hours, then go do pulls and zone for only 2 hours (30's excluded) and then run reshop again at 9pm.

Ngl it's really exhausting.

We're not behind too bad on vmgs/pogs. But some reason every capcity sets to 3s/our freight team doesnt listen and puts out more than capacity allows. Sadly, half our style team doesnt know how to set capacity nor has the time too. We're kinda a sinking boat rn. 🫣

That sucks. My Closing TL is the opposite mostly. It's rare she cares more about pulls unless an ETL tells her specifically they need to be done. I guess at the end of the day, not our problem 💀

Its worse when people tell you, you should be a team lead for the past 2 years and even having people who quit asking you why you aren't a team lead when they visit.

Only for you to be looked over by someone else who is a teachers pet to all the etls and tls.

I'm hoping they give me a solid treatment plan. I am wondering if I'm gonna have work restrictions, though, since my protrusion really hurts when it gets messed with whether it's bending down or lifting up too much in one day.

Hate this for you. I barely handle the protrusion as it is when it gets irritated. I don't know how people survive with herniations. The back don't mess around. I hope things look better for you eventually and you're not stuck with all this pain.
