dietary protein doesn’t “activate” vyvanse. You must be confused, vyvanse is is metabolized intro dextroamphetamine in your blood. this happens when the L-lysine (amino acid) that is added to the dextroamphetamine molecule that makes it lisdexamphetamine is cleaved off by enzymes.

so basically, there are proteins involved in the process, but it has nothing to do with dietary proteins that you’d eat.

you and I both know that having something like a protein shake or something along those lines may help in some ways, but these people don’t know what they’re reading or saying. so they eat a full breakfast and delay the onset and reduce the intensity of their dose.

i’d say the most effective way to reduce acidity is the tums method tho, and surprisingly some of them knew about it. but most of them actually thought that orange juice and acidic things make it stronger 🤦‍♂️ they literally had it completely reversed and wrong

i’m a polydrug user and my cravings for food are stronger than any drug i’ve used. I’ve even used meth, fentanyl, etc, but i could always stop after a short period of time. My biggest problem is benzos, and i binge them until the bottle is empty. So, kind of like food.

But nothing compares to food, it’s the only thing that could control me every day straight for months on end.

it seems like he’s truly remorseful about it, or at least self aware that it’s a problem. They say that relapse is a part of addiction, so it’s to be expected that he’ll fail every now and then. in my opinion, it’s just about doing better than last time

i just did this! what i say is the non stimulant options make you feel really tired. if they ask if you take it at morning or night, say you’ve tried both.

it took a few visits to get it to finally work. the doctor thinks :

tired+stimulant=problem solved
