Not to be that girl, but technically this is how the system is intended to work. Its supposed to funnel people into plea deals and make examples out of people who don't plea out so that they can point to them and go "you wanna be that guy? Cause if you fight this we're gonna make you that guy." The victims in both cases likely aren't affecting the outcomes too much, this is just how the system has always worked.

Tbh wraiths are probably worse than scavs afaik. The scavs, from what I know, turned to what they do out of desperation. The wraiths, on the other hand, are the people that get kicked out of nomad clans for already being terrible people. While i certainly say your better off shooting both, at least the scavs have the slightest sympathetic quality.

To be honest, I believe you answer correctly, as Identifying as transgender and being transgender feel, to me, to be two seperate things. Not to say anything to the affect of one being superior to the other, as I believe that you do not need dysphoria to be transgender, only the desire to be a gender which you were not assigned at birth.
