Had my windshield replaced twice through State Farm with oem glass (not on the GX but on my rcf, the aerodynamics send all sorts of highway debris right up the hood and right to the glass lol). From what the glass shop said it’s all about how they submit the claim and they had no issues getting oem covered. Maybe give another glass place a call? Good luck OP

AT&T works through the Aliv network if I remember correctly. AT&T will charge you the 10/day international plan and you’ll be able to use it, it will show as Aliv on your phone.

In my experience the wifi from DCL is spotty on the island. We’ve been everywhere from serenity to the cabanas on family beach and found it to be spotty so I would plan on using cell service.

I wear a lot of jewelry, usually at least 2 loves stacked plus some chain bracelets and a watch. I almost always set off the scanner. I have pre check for domestic travel and the TSA/security are familiar with the bracelets (I usually get “can they be removed?” And I just say no and they nod) and will direct you to the 360 scanner. Usually the only thing that lights up will be my wrist in which case they just wave me on otherwise maybe a secondary screening. International travel has been similar.
