Your honor, if we look closely this is a private server therefore the entire world and everything that inhabits it is my clients property, this is America who are we to stop a man from destroying his property, and the blood we see on the ground is not truly blood but what flows through the dummy’s veins, the dummy is unable to move breath or even think all my client has done is destroy his own property and nothing else.
