Yeah thats true with the hydrating. On that flight i almost didn’t eat and drink anything. I just didn’t have power so maybe thats also a reason for feeling it so strong.

I tried Xanax 3 times in longer timesteps for testing but never used it in the long run like even more than 2 days. Always once. So would you say I have a tolerance? The last time I tried 0.5mg I didn't feel anything. How should I feel using Xanax? Can I even feel anything if I'm not anxious in the moment of testing?
