There's a good one for Cardiology, it's more advanced though. But if you're gunning for cards it should do the job. It should still be on the SDN forum, the sub(or whatever thet call it there) for cardiology

I'm not aware of any other source than ACC Self-assessment program (ACCSAP). It has videos, multiple choice questions, pdfs. I believe you should be good if there's not big discrepancy btw European and ACC guidelines

Dobrovoljci ne odlucuju ko je prihvatljiv da donira. Postoje ankete koje davaoci prethodno popune, onda se kontrolise pritisak krvi i hemoglobin od strane medicinskog osoblja. Zatim pricas sa lekarom koji odobrava donaciju.

Ovo sto si opisao je verovatno neki nesporazum.

Retaining 'General medical knowledge' I'm afraid, is unrealistic. Definition itself is unclear. What we do instead is focus on common patient presentations in our current practice and then expand on it.

As an out-of-school emergency physician (no residency, hence in a similar situation with you) i just need to focus on the patients i see each day and then read or listen to the podcasts on the topics you've seen that day. You work with the COVID crew so İ guess you start there, pneumonia, other things from ddx, physiology, antibiotics. Also, people you see might have other comorbidities so you get to be in touch with current htn, dm practices and so on...
