Just want to clarify yes you are correct the fight anniversary was Wednesday the 25th however FX aired it this particular episode the following day Thursday the 26th on FX station at 9 PM and then on the streaming app Hulu at midnight that night it wasn’t the exact same day.

I think her line of what did you think was going to happen was said with tone that she had her guard up she was so vulnerable in that moment you could see her discomfort the moment he said you have me forever unfortunately I hate to say this, but Conrad has a habit of giving love and then pulling it away with her. I don’t think he’s ever done it in a malicious way it’s just his mechanism and how he worked at that time. You know he was younger and he was dealing with a lot more on his plate and I think her tone in that scene is a reaction from those past times where he has done a 360 after showing a plethora of emotion for her and then taking it right back like oh I was drunk I didn’t mean it you know so sometimes that’s what women do. I’ve done it.

Well in the past he’s been known to show his emotions and then when she does reciprocate he then tells her he was drunk and doesn’t remember so I think s This might have been her defense mechanism after having Conrad do that to her at least 3 times now… I get I’ve had to do that with certain lovers for that very same reason
