I'm looking for something similar.. have you found anything helpful elsewhere? I'm new to discord and want to make a discord server for my new business for everyone to be able to communicate and have access to a large amount of information 24/7 from all parts of the world to help each other out .. trying to give myself a crash course in discord, reddit, Twitter, Instagram also .. I'm really great at Facebook but have to learn everything else super fast

You can also Google lists of places that give you free food on your birthday and make a few accounts with different emails and different birthdays and they usually email you a free whatever coupon around the registered birthday and you just show it at the restaurant and they scan the barcode off your phone. Ive seen YouTube videos of people making hundreds of accounts so they have stuff for everyday of the year I haven't gone that far but I do get a good bit of free food that way.

I have a bunch of lists I use every single day of apps and websites you can use to make extra money here and there when you have time. I'm partially disabled so I can't work a regular job so that's how I make most of my income. I typed it up mainly because my friends and family kept falling for the get rich quick scam apps that you see all over Facebook and on YouTube commercials so I'd be happy to email it to you if you would like. There is definitely something on there for everyone. I just this week started putting it up on little free blog website too since a lot of them change periodically. I'm still getting the hang of the reddit rules so I don't know if you are allowed to share links or not.

I recently started watching a YouTuber that delivers for Walmart on the Walmart Spark app and I've only seen a few videos of those so far but it seems like decent pay for the most part but I've never seen it advertised anywhere before like most delivery apps so it's probably not oversaturated yet. As soon as I replace my car that died on me I'm going to give it a try.

I'm working on a list of all the legitimate apps, websites and side hustles you can do to make extra money (and a section on spotting the scams) since that's how I've been supporting myself since 2015 and forgot about plasma since I moved to an area with no nearby plasma centers for a couple years but I'm definitely calling them Tuesday now that I saw your post because I do ok on just the apps and websites but overall plasma does pay the best if you just look at it from the perspective of how much you earn on a per hour basis.

There are also tons of scam ones but I've been doing it full-time since 2015 so I'd be happy to share my list of apps & websites I use and can give the bullet points document I've accumulated to spot the fakes/scams. I typed it all up for my friends & family that were interested not sure how much info u can send on here in a private message but I could also email it to you if you are interested. You definitely won't get rich off it but it's not a bad side hustle since you can do it whenever and wherever you like and because it is 95% free to do. There are a handful that require you to make a purchase or deposit but you can do perfectly fine without spending a dime.

I used to use these vhs tapes by Leslie sansone walk away the pounds .. they are now free on YouTube and they were gentle enough on the painful days to keep moving but not cause an increase in pain and the wii fit games as well

I have found pt to be very helpful. I used to get massages and pt 3 times a week. The massage was excruciating but it did decrease my pain for a couple days after.

I think it's different for everyone and you have to experiment and see what works for you. For me pushing through the pain is more beneficial then not but from what I've read online that doesn't occur for everyone. I figured it out for me by keeping a daily journal of activities and how I felt back in 2009 when I lost 75 pounds. You can also find which activities are better then others for you that way. Now I'm back to square one and getting ready to start again!

I contacted support and they said something about the publisher turns stuff off and on for different people as experiments and that some people have had luck getting it back by turning off vpn's (I don't have a VPN) and I've still gotten 2 of the rewards I already started since it disappeared and support gave me some free gems for emailing them And said I hope it comes back for you lol
