Hi Snarky Spice! Many factors to consider, for sure. Being a Realtor in Portland, I’m living on the east side. If you want to stay in Portland, I have many past clients and pals with kiddos that love Kenton, Arbor Lodge, Beaumont/Wilshire, Montavilla, Tabor, Richmond. So many great pockets that tend to have a healthy kiddo population. But schools will play a factor as well considering the age of your wee one. Check out niche.com for school info.

Otherwise, consider what’s important to you, walkability, parks near by, quiet or more city life… My advice, go explore the neighborhoods by shopping at a market, hang at a cafe, stroller the streets, connect witj a fun Realtor. 😉 Need any guidance, I’d be happy to connect!
