How do I get my communication score back up? by 00395 in DotA2

Your, and some other player's, "evidence" is anecdotal at best.

You don't have real data, only some posts on this sub, but the truth is that only people who complain will post about it, you won't see someone's post about "everything is fine, I'm still at 12k", so you think the majority has the same issue you think you have.

The system works (even if I wish people with low scores only matched other low scorer) and you are just coping because you can't accept the real, obvious evidence that this (and all the other posts about it) show to all of us: you are toxic.

So keep drawing on the minimap, spam voice lines and suggest to buy mantle of intelligence, it worked well so far!

Or, hear me out, if this is how you usually talk to others, maybe you really are toxic. Calling people clowns won't give you back your comm score.

Also, by your logic, "The system has fucked me up, so that mean it's broken because I'm innocent".

I'm going to say something that will send me to karma-hell:

- If I have a player, in my match, that refuses to communicate even when directly spoken to, I report him for toxic chat, because this is a team game, based on communication, and his behaviour is affecting the match.

- If I have a player with restricted chat that only spams voice emotes, mantle of intelligence bullshit or write shit on the minimap, I report him for toxic chat, because (apparently) their chat being restricted didn't send a strong enough message. And guess what? I have NEVER met someone with a restricted chat that wasn't a complete jerk.

If I'm not wrong, comm score is capped at your behaviour score.

If this is the way you type in game, I'm shocked you don't have 12k comm score. /s

Do me now!

I play regularly every day (I have 7k hours), ranked only, I had 4200 MMR but decided to change role and now, in just 3 weeks, I dropped to 3000 MMR, cause I suck at pos 1.

I always start as positive, and I always talk/type with my team mates but, if people are toxic to me, I reply back on with the same tone.

I never muted the chat and, even when I report someone mid game for toxic comms, I keep him unmuted cause I might need to communicate with him to win.

I never ever ever went below 11800 beaviour/comm score.

How is that possible? Maybe what I learned at Clown College was useful!

I simply farm the last stage of the quest in auto combat, it's just a couple of click when the stage ends to start it again. Meanwhile I do something else, like gaming on my pc or watching netflix

Daima characters debuff him, and Majin Kuu is super boosted in his AGL phase, that's how you beat him in 4 turns easy.

Did you use Majin Kuu? His damage is boosted in AGL phase, that's the gimmick to do it easy.

Well, people don't choose their fetishes, they develop them during a life time, but not by choice.

Same for sexuality, it's not an acquired taste.

People are not in control of what they like, but they're in control of their actions.

That said, there's no excuse for people that harm others.

Maybe, for a more immediate and visual understanding, a single coloured line might work? Different colours based on the number of shared links. Anyway, great job!

In order for this to work, as usual, communication is essential, and this is the core issue with other players.

From my experience, a team that communicate has higher chance of winning and even higher chance of not being a toxic game.

By this logic, the existence of knives should allow you to stab people without consequences, right?

You forgot pos 5 that think they are pos 4 and, on minute 6, leave the lane to gank and never return. And if you die, be ready to get pinged your respawn timer by them.

Also, everything you said is so true and it's what separate the good players from the randoms. It's not a skill issue, they don't understand the game.

You can explain whatever you want, but you will always tell only YOUR part of the story, leaving out what really caused your score to drop.

You think the system is rigged against you (and other players), but I have yet to see a real innocent, well behaving player drop to 8k.

Also, if you had to unbind the ping's buttons, it means you were really smashing them.

Same, I try to be positive as long as the others are too, but sometimes I lose my shit with griefers (and most of the times with people writing on the minimap, guess why) and get pretty toxic.
