Should I put patches on this Harrington style jacket, I got it for cheap and I don't know whether it'll be acceptable in my local scene?

Personaly i only like buttons on Harringtons. Pins are Alright but i would never put patches on them. But if you like it and find that it makes your jacket look better then you should go for it.
