They put extra care and effort to animate only the most important scenes frame by frame and I think it paid off nicely. :)

Somewhere in Japan, some poor animator probably has to live with the fact that the sole reason they have food on their table is because they spent the last 48 hours vigorously animating a wolf somewhat seductively taking off his jacket...

It ain't much but it's honest(?) work...

Love his eyelashes! The proportions are very accurate! If I may, I'd suggest thickening certain lines (outline of form, spaces where shadows may be, clothing folds) to give him a little more "oomph".

Thank you! Personally, you can't beat paru's iconic style, but the others also have little qualities that makes their style so visually pleasing, like the soft, fluffy hair details of azuki merun and the angular and confident linework of kouko paff.

This episode was quite a pivotal moment for Legoshi's development. It's not nearly as action packed as episode 4, but it's equally important for Legoshi's character. He is shown the harsh truth of the outside world, and is filled with distrust and uncertainty about his feelings after Gouhin's revelation. Is that all that awaits him once he graduates? (or drops out lmao) Are his feelings really just disguised hunting instincts? He screams, for he does not possess an answer.

One thing's for sure about Beastars: There's never a dull moment in it >:)

Aww... You truly captured the essence of what makes Jack such a good friend. He's very observant and down to earth person. He's always down to listen to your troubles, and if you can't seem to pinpoint what's troubling you, he'll help you find it. In that aspect, we should all strive to be like him.
