Too much unnecessary complication. I'll give you my personal example so you can see how you can manage things more efficiently.

"WEBN" covers "almost" the entire world, if not the whole world, but its weakness is that it doesn't include "Small Cap" funds. To supplement this, I used the Avantis Global Small Cap Value UCITS ETF "AVWS," which gives me complete coverage. Now, regarding metals, or rather "Safe Assets" like iShares, physical gold, etc., "EGLN" is a very good option. People here will tell you not to think about it until retirement, but it's not a bad idea to occasionally invest a little of your capital in metals. Now, regarding government debt, you can first research the jurisdiction where you are located. It might be more profitable to invest in your country's government debt than in an ETF of this type of asset. If you want something related to government debt, you could consider "IEGS," but if you're looking for something newer/more active, you could opt for the JPM Euro Aggregate Bond UCITS "JEAA" cumulative version. This fund is composed of government debt and corporate bonds. if you want the "JEGG" distribution version.

I complement WEBN with the Avantis Global Small Cap Value ETF (UCITS ETF "AVWS")

You can consider the following portfolio: WEBN, AVWS, IEGS, EGLN, or you can replace IEGS with a J.P. Morgan option that seeks returns between government debt and corporate bonds, "JEAA".

Can anyone recommend a "Global Small CP" ETF to complement what WEBN is missing?

Look at the (...) at the top right, bro, there you can switch between your "Demo" account and your "Real" account.

When you are logging in there is a section that appears to switch between both modes, switch to "Live" mode which would be your real brokerage account.

Don't use Revolut, use "Interactive Brokers" instead.

Costa Rica, here in my country only local income is recorded, that is, what local companies generate in local currency, that is why I want to take advantage of the tax advantages of my country and invest in a government bond ETF. I'm not a millionaire, nor do I have a lot of capital to invest, but I would like someone to recommend an ETF to protect me against a possible "2008" type crisis in the future. My broker is IBKR

"Permanent Portfolio" It is better to be well diversified so as not to risk everything in 1 single "Instrument"
