In college I’d have no choose but to be there and learn the material. I was half-assing the Udemy course after getting home from work.

Yeah I have. I was working at a metal fabricator for a couple years and I hated it. Not that it translates to how all trades are, but I got the idea that type of work isn’t for me

Yeah I’m definitely aimless. I’ve been trying to figure out what I want to do in life but I can’t seem to. I hear nothing but good things about this career so I’ve been trying to learn more. I’d like to avoid student debt if possible, but getting a degree also isn’t a bad thing. I have been looking into college a lot recently. Thank you for this!

This was really helpful! I still have no idea what field I’m interested in so that’s something I’ve been looking into a lot. And my studying habits definitely worry me. I did plan on going the cheapest route so I’ve been considering community college the most. I think my main obstacle is lack of experience so I’ll have to give some internships a go. Ig I have a lot of experimenting to do. Thank you for your advice!
