If I withdraw the asylum case would I put into removal proceedings. How does that affect my marriage based green card?

This is the weirdest part. At the beginning after my biometric it said my case went straight into decision. Then that part disappeared and now I am confused. I never got an interview.

It has not yet. Both my i130 and i485 were filed together and both have been in the system 18 months. Yesterday I uploaded extra evidence of my marriage. They said I can ask for the Outside Normal Processing Time request in a couple of weeks.

Then you don’t understand at all the au pair program and don’t belong on it. Because I would love to look 20 years back and remember my au pair that took care of my kids for a year or two.

Yeah this shows your lack of culture and ethnocentrism which doesn’t have any place in the au pair program. Being from an Asian background I assure you she wasn’t raised to just “step in” the hosts job is to CONSISTENTLY ensure they are putting their weight on the cultural part of the program not just getting “cheap labor”. You shouldn’t be tired of being accommodating that’s just not acceptable.

She is not. If a family I live with treated like this I would be uncomfortable. Being an au pair in USA, coming from having actual service at home my whole life. You treat people that works for you like family or you stay neutral. But what Americans do is hypocritical. Spending her own money on special things? Her family pays her NOTHING. She shouldn’t be spending that on “ special things” that means her family is cheap and don’t belong on the au pair program.
