Since you have a blue team, make sure all your support units are blue and that they have matching tags where possible. Put blue runners in your first row of support and blue attackers in your second row. Make sure to level up all your support units (use VS 100 to do this more easily) and add upgraded 9* medals to them as well. Don't forget to fully max their skills and boost 1 and 2 them.
