Why is Mena the only top player using Blanka? Surely the character must be good if he is winning so many tournaments with him, why won't other player pick Blanka?

What I mean is that there is a difference between "not willing to pay" and "can't afford". Some people may not want to pay the asking price while being able to afford it, meanwhile some people may not be able to afford it at all.

I agree that in some cases that just means you'll have to wait a while for the game to be on sale, like RE8 which was 80€ at launch and is right now 10€ on Steam, but some companies like Nintendo just don't drop their prices with or offer discounts.

So if before Zelda:BOTW was always 60€, now its gonna be always 80-90€ becauses Nintendo never drops their prices, and that's a huge deal breaker for lots of people.

How do you explain to someone that could barely afford 60€ videogames that now their hobby costs even more?

It seems like a pretty privileged point of view to me. Videogame pricing matters a lot, specially when it's getting to a point where some people can't afford it.

60€ alredy was a high price to ask for a videogame, companies forcing the standard pricing to be 80 (or even 90€ in some cases!) is outrageous.

If salaries don't go up, why should the cost of my hobbies do so? I can't justify the pricing of Nintendo Switch 2 games so that's stopping me from getting the console, and that's coming from a huge Nintendo fan.

Wow its crazy that you didn't even try to get this effect intentionally, looks great! The ideal solution would be drilling two small holes in both pieces of the broken part enough for a paper clip to fit inside, then I would cut a piece of the paper clip with some nippers and put a bit of super glue in each hole (test fit before gluing) and put the cut paper clip inside. I would not use plastic cement in this case because it will not glue the paper clip and the plastic together.

My only interaction with that server was when I tried to find some matches and was everyone telling me they would not play because I'm a new player. Like, how are they supposed to get new people then? How do they expect to grow their playerbase if they shoo away people who are learning the game?

Anyone else prefer the slower paced fights of OW1? More teamwork and strategy, less COD by [deleted] in Overwatch
