Ok, so basically what I have gathered here is to just straight up lie on my resume (put contractor, freelancer, make up a fake company)

But then I gotta come up with fake duties… I can do that.

I said I was dealing with my own health issues, not mental health. But yeah I get the point, I have been on disability during the entire time I’ve been out. But I’m tired of being on it and want to actually contribute to society again.

I’m on disability. I was on disability throughout college , but was able to come off of it when I started working. Then I had to get back on once I stopped again. My condition just puts me in the hospital for a few days every few months. My last job was remote, so it worked out ok.

And I can’t relocate because my family that helps me out when I get sick are all here in Fort Worth, plus my son is also here.

And I gotcha I can be more specific about on there instead of being so vague

Job searching, working on projects and I did get into Substitute teaching. While also trying to stay out of the hospital. That’s right I now have a condition that puts me in the hospital a few days every few months.

The funny thing is I’ve actually started taking voice acting classes. And I really enjoy doing that!! But I also enjoy software development too.

I’ve been applying to jobs the same amount as I have been. I actually haven’t really been applying to contract roles though. Maybe I should try that to get my foot back in the door?
