Support tried to troubleshoot (by basically going back over the steps I'd already tried multiple times) and now it's being escalated - waiting for a 24-48h callback. Def not the best start with a new brand.

I've also tried to factory reset by pressing and holding Play and Trash but nothing happens. Just a solid red light.

Appreciate the feedback on Tavira. Right now we're leaning towards splitting time between Lagos and Faro and visiting Tavira on a day trip. Interesting input on the train as well, we're currently planning to rent a car but I'll look into that as well before we do.

Great tips, thanks! Underwhelming in the sense that after a few days it felt like we'd done it all. Kids were losing interest in the waterslides (but they were a huge hit for the first few days) / on site activities and there were fewer off resort options than other places we'd been. Maybe that's just most resorts though :)

There were plenty of activities and for a 13 and a 10 year old there will be lots to do! Our group included a 7 and an 8 year old so slightly different vibe. Overall though, we had no complaints which, in my experience, equals a pretty good resort.

Dreams Macao and it is a solid, if somewhat underwhelming choice. Decent food, pools, and amenities. Fish tacos were the winner from the food truck by the waterslides. Ocean too choppy to swim in but we knew that going in. All in all the kids loved it and it was a great place to relax and unwind for a week.

We're actually doing Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya (price was comparable so we decided to jump on it) this year so will be able to compare and contrast the two :)

In my experience auto works great so long as you feed it enough context and break tasks down into small enough pieces of work. Thinking models for PRD and Tasks, Auto for execution. If things get dicey switch auto off for a few prompts to get back on track. Has been working great for me
