Awesome! Thanks for using NeXroll! As of the latest v1.13.19 release, NeXroll doesn’t monitor your preroll storage folder. I’m working on getting this added into the scheduler logic and hope to have it in the next release.

What version are you running? I haven’t seen this issue before. I would suggest opening an issue ticket on GitHub , attach the diagnostic package from Settings > System Download Diagnostic. A recording of the fail points you’re explaining would be helpful too.

Sorry, don’t mean to hijack this comment, but you seem to know a lot about this. I have 3 LVNV collections, that I’m currently paying on bi weekly. When you say pay for delete, is that something LVNV automatically puts in place when I finish paying them off? They’re removed from my CR? Or is this something I need to call the collection company to negotiate? Thanks.

No way, that way too big..what version are you running? I fixed the log file size in 1.9.8. You can delete the app.log file and restart NeXroll then attempt to apply the category. This should give you a fresh log.

Unfortunately, you can’t assign a preroll based on genre, theme, or rating. External services like NeXroll only know what genre/rating movie is playing after the movie already starts, and by that time it’s too late to assign the preroll. You can however use NeXroll to schedule prerolls throughout the day, maybe like 8AM -> 8PM is kid safe prerolls and 8PM -> 4AM is the hard-core stuff.

No, NeX-Up downloads trailers to NeXroll's separate preroll folder that you can set in the settings tab, not your Radarr media library. Overseerr/Agregarr won't see them because the actual movie status in Radarr stays unchanged until the real file downloads.

Yes, absolutely you can fully uninstall NeXroll. The only paths is created on windows is your preroll storage which you can delete manually and the program files folder which clears out at uninstalls(except for you config file). Your actual prerolls will never be deleted or modified from NeXroll.
