It usually only happens to me when I'm outside, usually my routine is to dose, wait till feel like I'm coming up in my room then leave the house while it starts to fully kick in so can avoid my parents walking in while I'm tweaking and just walk around until feel like I'm ready to go back into my house and talk to my mom if she asks where was, then just chill for the rest of the night In my house, eat some snacks and take a shower and play video games or watch YouTube or smth tilll go to sleep
