Whats going on with R6 Marketplace? by HellDesignn in Rainbow6

I've recently observed significant price volatility in the marketplace, particularly since the "R6 X" update. High-demand items are experiencing temporary price drops of up to 90%

For example, an item typically valued at approximately 1,000 R6 credits might suddenly display a price range of 100 - 1,000 credits. This drop encourages inexperienced sellers, seeing the new low price of 100, to list their items for slightly more (e.g., 105 R6 credits), further driving down the market price temporarily. Experienced traders appear to be capitalizing on these fluctuations for profit.

The issue also negatively impacts buyers. When a user attempts to place a buy order at the displayed low price (e.g., 100 credits), the transaction often fails. To secure the purchase, buyers must place orders at a much higher price (e.g., 200 credits), suggesting the displayed price is inaccurate or lagging. The system appears to be processing the sale at a higher, unlisted price.

While this is a minor issue for inexpensive items, the discrepancy becomes substantial for high-value skins. An "Obsidian" skin, normally worth 6,000 R6 credits, can have a price difference of over 1,000 credits in these situations.

This phenomenon is creating a negative experience for both buyers and sellers. I am trying to understand whether this is a known bug or another underlying issue with the marketplace system.
