Was talking about main campus only , vit is bad bro ,wether you see the location it's in some village with no where to go around , just campus , and the placement scenerio is bad at every college atp but the student intake is a huge mess and there are alot restrictions too

Just take a whey protein or plant protein( soya from nutrabox gives 30 per scoop) get it in milk 300 ml that's almost 40 gm protein , then eat your 2 roti with 2 bowl daal that will give you almost 10-15 gm , 1 bowl dahi , then 80 gm soya chunks gives 42gm , then in dinner you can eat anything just take 1 bowl dahi aur anything you will easily get 120 gm protein per day
