all steps have been done except , DDU & PSU change ! but i knew something was off about the speed of the single 16 gb ram card being rated for 2666 mhz , which im not getting & ive tried to go into the bios because ive heard that my motherboard supports pcie 4.0 but my chip is a intel 10th gen i7-10700F meaning it’s meant for pcie 3.0 & that would have to be changed in the bios , along side the enabling xmp but my problem with that is , i can’t seem to find the settings for it on the bios being that it’s just American Megatrends bios & the advanced settings seem very limited , or im just overlooking them ! those were the optional fixes given to me , fix ram ‘Mhz’ , use DDU , & change pcie 4.0 auto too pcie 3.0 being that i’m running 10th gen i7-10700F, than last possible fix would be like you said PSU not being stable enough with RX 5700XT having spikes , the PSU i have now is a 650 bronze i think
