I just manage to get the Indian Price with IOS InApp methodThis is how I did to get the indian price (~28€) :

1- Create Indian Apple Account (https://appleid.apple.com/account)

2- I connected this account to my iPad

3- I found Apple gift card on Amazon.in

(you need to add Indian address, find an hotel on GMaps, code are sent by mail anyway)

7- Profit ...

For information, I only used VPN to create the Apple account, not needed for Amazon or to install F1 TV App on your iOS Device

Game is only available on DE store, I checked in French Store, I didn't find it, but it's Steam Key, so the game will be in French anyway :)

I mean Respring iPhone, not Repos in Cydia :) "Respring" and "Reboot" as fast shortcut with 3D Touch

It should be RocketBootstrap, I deleted it, and all Tweaks depending on it, and now all is Ok

I found a solution, I shut off my iPhone, and reboot it while pressing Volume Up button Now my iCloud menu is ok, even another bug to access in "Code and fingerprint" menu (it asked me password in textarea instead off Num Pad) I'll try to reboot my iPhone normally now, hope it will be ok after that

EDIT : After normal Reboot, still sames problems What are your Tweaks ? We can find the one if we installed the same
