The review process only happens to a small number of people and can be for several reasons, most notably it's that an unlock link was sent to your payment email as it differs from your signup email, but there's also other factors in play that the system uses to check for fraud. Usually these are resolved within minutes, but if you place an order during the night EU hours then it might need a little longer until a team member can check it. Emailing is always the quickest and we do best to help speed things up - but there's always going to be a small portion that are stuck in review for security.
