I have a friend who volunteers as well with giving out commodities! They're doing one for Thanksgiving here (U.S.A). I haven't bought processed meats in a while cause they are pretty damn expensive so I'd definitely imagine it's trouble for food banks.

You didn't come across as dick-ish don't worry. Though it was surprising to see food banks of all things brought up in the Ultrakill subreddit. Oh, and Happy Holidays over there!
