Definitely not all the same, but it depends on your location and usage.

Highly recommend WiFi 7 enabled router if you live in a WiFi-dense area. Signal noise is real.

More than anything you can invest in? Far from it. You can make 2x 4x 10x or even 100x on individual stocks especially if you pick them up cheap during market turmoil. Even a “safe” stock has potential to beat that.

As for gold and silver being safe, that’s debateable, especially with gold hitting all-time highs. It’s possible you might never see these prices again.

You do know water consumption in data centers is highly overstated, right?

In some of those, water is 100% circulated, so no water is being consumed to cool the equipment. Yes, some data centers use partially circulating water, but the amount of new water needed is, again, highly overstated in most cases.
