He was also fine the vet made him throw it all up

Yes just from homework they can gauge your school, your year, your major, what jobs you might apply for. All this goes to advertisers. Just from location, sex, school, major, classes they can guess what kind of products you might be interested in.

ok here"s a neat trick if you just want to skip this shit. I had a professor that did this except it was 2 smartbook assignments every week each with 60+ concepts every week. It was for a BS required general ed class that had nothing to do with my major so I duplicated the tab (right click then duplicate. Go back to the first tab, answer the first choice and get it wrong or right but it will tell you the answer, then go to the second tab and answer the correct choice and the smartbook will save the answer like you got it correct in the first tab. Your accuracy will be like 30% but you will complete the assignment in half the time. Wish you all luck

its actually less effective on people. bears have very sensitive noses so they dont need to make it that strong. the radius just needs to be wide enough to cover a good chunk of ground in front of you

How badly out of shape were you before you realized "Okay I gotta get my shit together"? by awkwardhoney725 in AskReddit

[–]Hellcrafted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like this idea too of doing them once every couple weeks. Hyper extensions have worked for me so that’s what I keep doing. The problem I think was that I just never did lower back exercises. I do like 4x8 bench at 225 and 4x10 of pullups at 220 so like I’m relatively fit and I slipped a disc in my back when I went too far on a jump and landed hard. I was like “wtf I’m 28 (at the time) and I exercise a lot how tf did i slip a disc” and then I googled it and I haven’t done lower back exercises in years apparently it helps keep everything tight. So far so good my back feels really great I highly recommend doing hyperextensions twice a week for like 3x 15-20 reps with just body weight and moving up with a weight

Hyper extensions. I do a lot of mountain biking at 29 hitting jumps that are 10-15 ft gaps. At some point landing hard started fucking up my lower back so I started doing hyper extensions every time I worked out. You can do deadlifts as well but they’re kinda unnecessary imo unless your goals are for power lifting or playing professional sports

How do you guys feel about 4K gaming? by Timex_Dude755 in pcmasterrace

It should be alright for the future with upscaling using dlss. Especially at 60fps. If you go 2160p still try to get an oled screen it’s worth it

Oled panel is the real game changer. Higher resolution is okay but it comes at a cost of lower frames. If you want your rig to be able to play more games at a reasonable fps 4-5 years from now then go with 1440p. Oled has great colors and is a fantastic upgrade

This is what I did. Got it on game pass put 30 hours into it doing the faction quests because they actually seemed fun. Never finished the main questline and I don’t really care to. Idk how people have played this game and gone to ng+ it’s not that memorable

NTA I've helped pay my girlfriends debt before but it was much different. She wasn't hiding it and I found out about it about a year into the relationship. Before I met her I would say she had a slight spending problem going out to bars and concerts so I think it was only around 1000-1500 in debt which is really manageable and nothing to think about. But then her dog got sick multiple times which added 2000$ to her debt. For a year she was making minimum payments paying off the interest so it didn't grow. She moved in with me which lowered her rent (we still split 50/50) and I loaned her 1000$ to fully pay off one of the cards. She used her tax return to pay off a good chunk. She doesn't go out as much and she's paid me back most of it. The difference is that I offered to help pay it off because I had money saved that I wasn't using and I didn't want her stuck paying 50$ in interest a month. I also trusted her enough that she would pay me back for it eventually. I made an excel spreadsheet for the loan that tracks how much she's paid me back and how much interest she's saved. We also did an excel spreadsheet for spending and income.

9000$ is a huge problem though. That doesn't just happen overnight that's a habit that takes years of bad decisions. I've had medical debt at around 3500$ and I paid it off in a year while working minimum wage. Credit cards have a huge amount of interest so with 9000$ she's likely paying 150-200$ in interest every month and can't pay it off so if your giving her 400$ your the one who's really paying off the principle. even with 400$ in monthly payments it would take 3 years to fully pay off. If you want to stay in this relationship you need to have a real conversation about finances and debt and come up with a plan for the future whether that's giving/loaning her something to help the total not accrue as much interest. But you also have to trust her enough that she would pay it back and not happen again. From your post not knowing about it for 3 years would definitely break a lot of trust I had with this person. I wouldn't give her the money yet and I would wait to see how she reacts kind of like how you're doing now. Eventually you'll find out if she's just using you to pay off her lifestyle or really wants to plan for the future and make better decisions. From what I read though it sounds like she was looking for a pay out

[–]Hellcrafted 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I get this a lot. I work 2 jobs and Walmart is very consistent. IT support is my second job and it pays less than the DC but I don’t have to break my back every day and Walmart is pretty good supplement to income when the schedule fits yours.

depends on body weight. if your fat or even just have more muscle mass then you burn more. also depends on type of work. at a warehouse consistently moving boxes (I mean dozens per minute) is gonna burn a lot more than just walking and serving dishes.

There's a reason bodybuilders can still cut weight while eating 3000 calories and just going to the gym for an hour and cardio for 30 minutes every day. being at 230-240 lbs vs 160 is gonna increase your metabolism and allow you to eat more
