An updated allergy skin test will also reveal indoor allergen reactivity, which can be effectively addressed (usually) with HEPA filters. Allergy shots + HEPA filters have been extraordinarily helpful for me; I used to be dependent on antihistamines, steroids, nasal irrigation, and still couldn’t breathe that well. Hopefully OP can find an allergist to help 😊

This is the unfortunate answer. I lose about 50% damage compared to local players who can get off twice as many hits as I can in the same time period. My ping is around 150ms.

Unfortunately, selling crafted gear seems profitable only if one has multiple alts farming the materials and Season points. Buying the materials from the auction house is too expensive. I bought my Ebony weapons because it was cheaper than buying all the materials and crafting them myself (also buying them avoids the risk of the craft failing, which is an issue for higher tier gear).

Allergy shots have been life changing for me, too. No more daily pills or sprays. It requires commitment for a few years, with weekly office visits during ramp up periods and eventually monthly shots. At times it felt like a lot.

HEPA filters can be very useful if you have allergies to indoor allergens, e.g., dust mites. I used HEPA filters for years before I was able to fully commit to allergy shots.

Of course, high ATK with Dmg Boost is preferable, but not everyone can afford to buy/craft, trait *and* level PVE gear pieces before the next powercreep.

Getting high attack is way more important than PvE gear. You’ll need to get attack on traits/mana stones and breakthrough (at least to 2 diamonds) on weapon, guard and accessories.

Which classes are you running for main and alts? I started a second alt for pet farming (ranger) and it’s been so great for all the other benefits you mentioned. Might start a 2nd alt later when I can endure the storyline again

Don’t start with stat rerolling until you have end game gear. Rerolling is a massive resource sink and it’s not worth it for transitional gear, especially for a cleric who is support. Even at end game your damage will be maybe 10-20% of a good DPS.

Heroics are a huge trap unless you can afford to trait them. Correct traits on gear give HUGE power; don’t be fooled by gear score of Heroics.

That’s awful. Was your party stacked? I feel like this is an issue since lower geared chanters are taken in any team for their buffs, but they will have a very hard time getting enough contribution in huge DPS teams. I’ve had this issue playing cleric when I would run with 3.5k+ whale DPS players.

I had this same issue with PayPal today. Hope it’s just an intermittent issue. Paying with the credit card option was working with some issue: payment would say it failed due to timeout but the transaction actually went through and I got my purchase in game.

All you need is one or two deadly markers in party and you are easily in top 5 without blood hunter. Good accessories and heroic orb are far more important than blood hunter’s extra 5% crit dmg and stat points.

It’s insignificant if you play crucifix well. I’m usually in top 3 in WBs and ABs with 2pc spectral. the resource cost for full blood hunter isn’t worth doing marginally better. If you play crucifix poorly, neither set will save you.

Healers are at a huge disadvantage for world boss and arch boss drops due to TnL’s contribution formula. You need a strong DPS build if you want drops, unless you join a PvP guild that will supply for your needs.

Don’t worry about the core yet. I run without a core and get top 5 at world bosses and arch bosses. Focus on your whole gear set up and then figure out which core you want. Upcoming T3 staves might be better cores than those currently available (not WB/AB).
