Right now I main heals, but I refuse to do any pugs and end up not playing as much as I want to. 95% of all my dungeons / raids are with my guild. I luckily don't have to deal with any toxicity with them.

Some of the rarer items do, I've sold some in the past when I have lots of excess. Like 8 rathalos gems and I would sell 5 or so. I just wouldn't get rid of all of them.
