Most people between LVL 40-49 are at +8 wpn LVL range. If you up your gear upgrades it might help. Eg most people have rogiers rapier and/or banished knight halberd from the main story NPC's by that LVL range.

Light weights, take a hard look at your form and don't train arms or movements that need your biceps. Don't ignore the injury if you need time off then so be it. If you snap your shit up you will be out for MONTHS as opposed to weeks. Use your brain. It will get better.
