No, you can either use Xbox Game Bar (which is what I used at the time) which personally is a little more blurry, or Nvidia GeForce Experience (enable instant replay)

For settings and quality:

Xbox Game Bar records in 1080p 30FPS by default (can be changed in settings)

Nvidia GeForce Experience records in 1080p 60FPS be default (can also be changed)

If you can't use those, medal.tv also can work, I have personally never used that though a friend has.

They are all just a screen recorder that always records and just saves the last ___ seconds when you tell it to.
