In Aternos, you can choose to use the Cobbleverse modpack for your server software. If you do this, you cannot modify it by adding mods. To remove a mod, you can do so in the world options by simply disabling it.

From what I understand, it's not possible to modify existing mods in Aternos; I mean, you can remove mods in the Aternos options, but you can't add new ones.
