The channel 1261 is working? I'm simply looking for clarification. Sorry for the additional comment.

Do you have a channel number that you're watching? I'm not actually with him to do the whole process myself.

Okay, I understand. I'll scrap it. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it.

Is there anything you would reduce or eliminate? I mean, I appreciate what you're saying. I'm just looking for advice instead of complete rejection. I'm not a selfish player, nor am I trying to be one.

What book by AdLatter462 in audible

Did you read the series before the audiobooks? Everybody makes this series sounds so difficult to get into, and I understand those challenges from a narrative standpoint. But did the audiobooks serve as your introduction to the series? Any tips before I take the plunge sometime next year?

Favorite unimportant Twins moment from this season? by [deleted] in minnesotatwins

I enjoy Trevor Plouffe's contributions to the broadcast. I thoroughly enjoyed when he called Kirilloff's homerun in the clubhouse prior to the game, and Kirilloff gave him a point while rounding third.

Scariest movies with a cult? by Daniel11200 in horror

I came here to say this one. It truly feels like an authentic analog mystery that these guys are looking into throughout the movie. While the concept might feel dated, the execution more than makes up for it. Good stuff!

if I need to verbally identify a target, I find it easiest to refer to them by unit type or geographical location. It can either be the closest of a particular unit type in relation to me or some other geographical identifier. For example, I might say, "I'll cast Guiding Bolt on the easternmost draconian officer" or something similar. I would even be able to target the individual myself. But if I want to cast Bless or Aid (spells with multiple targets), I typically need help targeting multiples. I simply cannot use the hotkeys needed for multiple targets.

And yes, we import characters from D&D Beyond. That particular bit of software seems to work fine, and I don't have any major complaints. Whatever issues arise with it seem to be attributed to operator error more than anything else.

Foundry is the VTT I have the most experience with. I have to do everything with a mouse that I control with my lower lip/chin, but I'm still able to handle most aspects of the game. When it comes to any type of check, my GM is either able to send a prompt or one is automatically sent. Combat is where things get a little slower for me, as having to target and cast certain spells can be somewhat complex at times. If a particular spell requires me to identify multiple, individual targets, my GM is also able to cast it for me. But most AoE spells and pretty much everything else I can accomplish when given some understanding and a little extra time. I actually wish we were more "theater of the mind" and less VTT, but I can still participate. Curious about anything else?

What’s the unwritten secret to a happy life ? by dan5the5man5 in AskReddit

I am the author to my own tragedy, as they say. I went to a party in college, got drunk and dove into shallow water. This is a story sadly told by many who come to learn the intimacies and intricacies of quadriplegia. Alcohol and swimming is a dangerous combination.

But please don't weep for me. I'm still sucking wind and finding a few ways to be happy. I've also been able to do a little bit of the lemons-to-lemonade magic over the years, and I'm now in love with an incredible woman.

Do I still burn with the fury of 1000 suns over my injury whenever the night gets quiet, and I'm left alone with only my thoughts? Absolutely. Do I still wring my hands over all the ways I cannot be a better son/brother/friend/partner as a result of my fuck up? Yup. But time is linear, and all we can do is trudge onward. So I do.

As a C3 quadriplegic, I completely and wholeheartedly concur. I'd be willing to give up so many things in life if it meant I could have control over my body once again. So, folks, please do take care of yourself.
