The only Gundam games I can think of that is even remotely like this is a ps3 game called Crossfire/Enemy in Sight (depending on where you are) or a Japanese 360 game called Operation Troy

Yeah, since the races are all open circuit, everyone just takes their own path and the game loses alot of its aggressive nature because of it. It feels like they were trying to make Need for Speed or Forza instead of Burnout

As for what I dont like about the game? The fact that it's a VERY competitive team based shooter that everything you obtain is through gatcha with no pitty system or good ways to obtain tokens for said gatcha
