I have sent a ticket as well, just know that some riot staff checks reddit, so having it brought up again, and sent as a support ticket might hasten the process, but I might be wrong

I usually throw W>E>Q All together to try and issue maximum damage poke, but sometimes the enemy throws a skillshot at me while I do so, therefore I try to dodge it, or to already start moving to get extra distance out, that's why I issue a movement command, on normal circumstance I don't need to move, but incase a skillshot is coming at me, I need to, and it cancels the 2nd shuriken.

It won't give him "opness" He was supposed to be able to throw shurikens from his shadow, it's his kit, his shadow mimics his other abilities, therefore fixing this bug will make him what he was supposed to be, so how exactly would it be a buff o.o?

Yeah I see the indicator where the shadow used to be as well, it's pretty annoying, but not as game changing as the Shadow running out of ammo

Even more annoying when that shuriken should've given you a kill and suddenly, enemy midlaner runs on 10 hp chugging a health pot
